How do I edit completion status for course objects? [Program Specialist instructions]

This article is intended for Moses/Weitzman Health System employees only. 

Scenario: 

Learners may complete a course object, but they may not have access to the following course object. This issue most commonly occurs when participants attend the Zoom session, but they are not able to then access the session evaluation. As a Program Specialist, you can manually edit learners' enrollment status. 

You will also go through these steps to mark attendance for each session.

Navigate to the child session site and select the Enrollments tab. 

Select the learners who completed the course object and select the Edit Enrollments button.

Expand the Set completion status section at the bottom of your screen.

Navigate to the course object that you wish to edit and change the dropdown to Complete.

Then, select the Next button.

Select the Confirm button.
