How do I mark a series as complete with the manual completion step? [Program Specialist instructions]

This article is intended for Moses/Weitzman Health System employees only. 
Scenario: 

A webinar or ECHO series that was hosted on the Weitzman Education Platform has ended and the Program Specialist needs to mark the series as complete. The platform will then allow participants to claim credits for the entire series and download a certificate with the total credit value. 

Step-by-Step Instructions:

Select each screenshot for a larger view, if needed. 
Navigate to your parent site and select the Course Outline tab.

Navigate the Manual Completion step towards the bottom of the course outline. Select Settings.

Within this popup, do the following:
  1. Select the Delete tab. 
  2. Select the "Also delete the referenced content".
  3. Select the red Delete button.

You will then be re-directed back to the Course Outline. Be sure to select the Save Outline button. 

Select the Enrollments tab.

Within the Administer tab, select all participants and then select the Edit Enrollments button.

Expand "Set completion status" dropdown. Select "Complete" in the dropdown.

Then, select the Next button. Select the Confirm button on the next screen. 

Confirm that the Certificate and Claim Credit tabs appears at the top of your parent activity to ensure that these steps were done correctly. If the tabs are not visible, then submit a ticket in order to troubleshoot.
