How do I review attendance for live activities? [Program Specialist instructions]

This article is intended for Moses/Weitzman Health System employees only.

Scenario: 

At the end of a live session, you want to review who attended the session. In order to do this, you need to make sure that two things occurred:
  1. The Attendance object is present within the course outline of the child activity. 
  2. The Attendance object was marked as complete for learners who attended the session. Review How do I edit completion status for course objects? for step-by-step instructions.

Navigate to the child session and select the Course Reports tab.

Select the Course Objects tab. 

Select Overview listed below the Zoom Link object.

A report will appear with the names of learners in the first three columns. These are the learners who attended the session. If they do not appear on this list, they were not marked attended. 

You may also download these results into an Excel file using the download icon in the bottom left hand corner.
